Retention of your data
We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. Different retention periods apply for different types of data. Data retention periods maybe legally imposed upon us or we may need to retain data to protect the vital interests of you or another natural person. In general terms, NESL will only retain your information and for a period of 24 months after the last transaction date upon which all personal data will be deleted from our systems. If you have consented to marketing, we will retain your information until you request to be removed/deleted. Changes of Business Ownership and Control
We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of NESL. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy notice, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.
