Packaged / Containerised Plants

Utilising our in-house design & build  capabilities, we  design and build treatment plants to fit into  shipping containers, as a result our packaged plants can be easily transported. Siting and installation can  often  be completed in a day, allowing on-site commissioning and operations to begin wtihin the shortest timescales.

With pre-wired power supplies, controls systems and interconnections our fully commissioned plug & play systems are quickly and easily integrated into existing waste streams to get facilities back on-line to minimise down time. Our design and operating  expertese ensures that our plants are designed to ensure easy O&M access to the equipment for routine operational tasks,  PPM and  RM activities.

Where space is at a premium, we can design solutions utilsing  packaged and containerised  treatment steps that will provide  robust performance whilst maximising the available space and ensuring ease of operation and maintenance. Depending upon the specific client needs we can achieve very high standards of treatment so that water produced by the treatment plant can be re-used within the client's facility,  often resulting  in significant cost savings for the client.
